Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
An experienced Business Analyst is needed to join the Project Management Office (PMO) Team in a hybrid work environment (2 days onsite per week). The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analyses, develop business requirements, use cases, and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Create end-user documentation, standards, and processes to ensure consistency.
- Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to meet business needs.
- Provide support for production incidents, troubleshooting, and resolution of reported issues.
- Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reporting, annual planning, and testing/validation of updates, releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Keep initiatives on track with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Clarity, SharePoint, DevOps, and Agile Methodology is a plus.
- Previous PMO experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-accepted business analysis practices.
- Experience working in hybrid environments, collaborating both remotely and onsite.
Technical Environment:
- Clarity PPM, SharePoint, Azure DevOps
- Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business)
- MS Teams & Agile Methodologies
