- The Business Operations team, as part of the Trust Operations organization, is responsible for driving alignment, collaboration, and prioritization across our org and our cross-functional stakeholders. In addition, we are focused on creating and improving processes and programs to enable our teams for effective ways of working. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a varied, high-responsibility position that bridges multiple facets of our business.

How you’ll make an impact:
- In this role, you may own processes as well as drive a wide range of projects and tasks to improve and enable our teams to be more effective and efficient in their ways of working. You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and teams to support the goals and needs of the organization and business. You will bring and maintain order, structure, and focused attention to deliver on the commitments of this organization. You often will be the bridge between teams within Trust Operations and our cross-functional stakeholders.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Partner with organizational and cross-functional leaders to drive upstream changes to improve internal processes and workflows
- Organize and prioritize initiatives, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks, and problem-solve
- Provide visibility and collaboration on the organization’s roadmap and requests to drive accuracy and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with leaders in Trust Ops to understand pain points and implementation solutions
- Create processes, resources, documentation across the organization to create more efficiency and standardization for future and existing team members
- Develop positive, trusting relationships through accountability, consistent, and timely deliverables
- Create, manage, and improve processes and programs that impact the wider organization
Preferred Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., strategy or operations consulting, project management, operations management)
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering on continuous improvement projects
- Track record of identifying business problems and implementing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify gaps and collaborate with varying stakeholders to align, determine, and execute on a solution
- Have worked among a global team with competing priorities
- Prior exposure to trust and safety is a bonus
Compensation:
- $28.67 – 33.79/hr W-2
