Your Purpose

The Brand Operations Project Specialist supports brand and creative processes that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention of core consumer segments. Acting as the brand and creative team’s project coordinator, this role organizes and traffics creative project requests, manages deadlines, and ensures timely delivery of final assets.

Serving both internal and external stakeholders, the specialist keeps brand and creative projects on track by handling logistics, facilitating creative requests, and maintaining brand integrity throughout development. This role also assists with marketing collateral, in-station and onboard communications, and supports internal partners with efficient brand marketing programs. Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the specialist ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.

Your Role

You must be extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. You must also be an excellent communicator of concise, accurate deadline-driven information. You understand people and should know instinctively when to push and when to let things simmer to keep departments on track.


  • Project Coordination: Manages project schedules, deadlines, and resources, ensuring smooth workflow between stakeholders, brand, and creative teams. Uses strong decision-making and prioritization skills to adjust timelines and expectations as needed.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborates across teams to align marketing initiatives with Brightline’s brand strategy. Oversees project intake, task assignments, and workload management using Jira and other tools. Supports brand marketing programs and reporting, monitoring performance for optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Works closely with internal departments and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives. Helps manage relationships with vendors for print production, video, photography, and brand promotions. Identifies insights to enhance brand positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Project Management Knowledge & Innovation: Stays updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project management effectiveness. Develops a deep understanding of consumer behavior and marketing barriers, offering solutions to strengthen engagement.
  • Operational Support: Helps to support handling invoicing, licensing agreements, and creative asset management. Coordinates with freelancers, contractors, and agencies to ensure timely project execution. Supports additional duties as assigned by the Director, Brand Marketing & Creative Development.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or project management.
  • Experience: 3+ years in brand operations, traffic, or project management, with proven ability to build and leverage partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with proficiency in project management tools and performance tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with senior leadership and external partners.
