Overview of the role:

The AVP of Client Services position requires an experienced professional to lead in building long-lasting relationships with our top-tier clients. The successful candidate will oversee a talented team managing 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. This role demands strong leadership skills, client-focused strategies, and the ability to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across the company's portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention.

- Serving as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.

- Leading and mentoring a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large-scale projects.

- Identifying and analyzing opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.

- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Experience: 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.

- Leadership: 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.

- Client Services: Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.

- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
