  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Engineer to support the a federal Digital Environment initiative. This role will focus on the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services within a federal court system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Power Platform, and automation using PowerShell.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize Office 365 tenant services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID
  • Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Graph API
  • Manage security and compliance policies, including Defender for Office 365 and Conditional Access
  • Support enterprise email security, anti-phishing, and spam filtering configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services, authentication, and identity management
  • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate Azure, AWS, and other cloud-based services with Office 365
  • Stay up to date with new Microsoft 365 features, roadmap updates, and industry best practices
