  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT PMO (Project Management Office) Professional with HRIS experience to lead and oversee software project management initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing IT project investments, fostering best practices in portfolio management, and ensuring financial accountability across multiple IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT project investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
  • Implement and promote best practices in portfolio management to optimize project performance and resource allocation.
  • Drive strategic IT software project management initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing strong leadership and clear direction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Establish financial controls and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to manage HRIS-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and process improvement.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and ensure governance policies are adhered to.

  • Strong Financial Management – Ability to handle IT budgets, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Strong Leadership – Proven ability to manage teams, drive collaboration, and lead change.
  • Expertise in HRIS systems and software project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT PMO, with a focus on HRIS and software project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in the gas and oil industry

What Else You Should Know:

12 month contract

Hybrid - Tuesday and Thursday

$62-$72 per hour

W2 only
