As a lead data analyst on the Claims Control’s Key Metrics and Communication team, you’ll provide insights through statistical and analytical methods to senior leaders on the health of the Claims organization and its processes. In this role, you’ll focus on claims content management and key metrics agendas. You’ll work with leadership to drive strategic projects forward to enhance our claims processes for claims content such as document management, messaging, and action items through research and analytics. As a lead analyst, you’ll mentor lower-level analysts and lead project work.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven advanced analytical, statistical, and technical methods, including the use of multiple data sources simultaneously to solve complex business problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred, along with SAS, R or Python, plus Tableau or Power BI.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with various levels and roles, including senior leadership, with the ability to translate work into simple, understandable language and visuals.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy, with proven experience driving projects forward and delegating work to others.
  • Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience and helping others learn analytical skills and tools.

Compensation

  • $95,800 - $127,700/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
