The Opportunity

Abbott Structural Heart is dedicated to transforming the treatment of structural heart diseases through innovative solutions. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes and enhance the quality of life for individuals with heart conditions. We develop and deliver cutting-edge therapies, including transcatheter and surgical valve solutions, as well as structural intervention therapies.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative aspects of projects to ensure smooth execution and timely completion. Additionally, this role will involve supporting strategic initiatives to align with our business goals. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to support project activities and maintain project documentation.

What You’ll Work On

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and communication.
  • Support SOW/invoice submission and processing for global marketing
  • Conduct research and analysis to support competitive intelligence.
  • Identify and analyze project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized and accessible manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 – $173,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
