JOB SUMMARY:

PrimeRx/Micro Merchant Systems is seeking a skilled TechOps Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and product support, overseeing project management, and facilitating seamless third-party integrations. You will report to the TechOps Manager and receive assignments through Salesforce Cases and Projects, or directly. Your key responsibilities will include tracking and ensuring the progress of projects and tasks to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and triage support escalations from various teams
  • Manage REST API and HL7 Vendor Onboardings
  • Monitor, vet, and log application defects to maintain system reliability
  • Lead the deployment of various applications and modules, ensuring a smooth rollout
  • Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles to centralize and document technical solutions
  • Oversee and manage assigned projects with third-party vendors and clients

Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ Certification or One (1) + Years of Experience in IT/Desktop Support
  • High level overview of IT Networking Environment and VPN Tunnel troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of RESTFUL API Preferred but not required
  • One (1) + Years’ experience of project management.
  • One (1) + years’ experience with MS SQL Server or other data tools.
  • One (1) + Years’ experience in customer service and CRM ticket management.
