The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5-6 business analysts who have come up through the operations side of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-6 business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, with a primary focus on the D365 implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure the team follows best practices in project management, including risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and report on project status to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the project management process as appropriate.
Compensation:
$125,000 to $150,000 per year annual salary.
THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE IN SPRINFIELD, OR. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.
