RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager for one of our enterprise financial technology clients. This position is fully remote and is a part-time role estimated at 15 to 30 hours per week.
Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic partner marketer who will work with our client's partners/users to launch, expand, and grow adoption for their solutions. This role requires cross-functional collaboration within our client's organization, with our client's users, and with other large global strategic partners, with strong relationship management, written and verbal communication skills, and users-first approach problem solving.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-touch marketing support for strategic users to help them build, launch, and grow Stripe solutions in all markets, including arranging regular check-ins and status calls
* Develop co-marketing launch plans with users to increase awareness and drive adoption of Stripe solutions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure they're aligned with the company and partners' brand, messaging, and business objectives
* Liaise with our global strategic partners to facilitate and streamline the review process to accelerate approvals for users' marketing plans and time to market, including arranging regular check-ins and status calls
* Define scaling mechanisms to provide marketing resources and enablement to drive scale partner/user motion
* Project manage and coordinate case studies and testimonials with partners and their end-users
* Align and coordinate cross-functionally with key global internal stakeholders, including Global Partnerships, Product Marketing, Demand Gen Marketing, Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales
REQUIREMENTS:
* Superb organizational and project management skills to deliver consistent and standardized tracking of project and partner statuses, file collaboration, budget management, and week updates
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
