Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Charlotteteam. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the Receptionist will ensure a welcoming and organized office environment.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and restock as needed.

Qualifications
