Key Responsibilities
Medical Provider Relations:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with medical providers who serve personal injury clients
- Act as a liaison between medical professionals and the firm to ensure smooth coordination of care and legal services
- Educate healthcare providers on the firm’s services, case processes, and best practices for treating personal injury patients
- Attend medical networking events, conferences, and industry meetings
- Establish relationships with local non-profits and community organizations to identify opportunities for the firm to give back
- Represent the firm at charity events, community programs, and business networking functions
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to enhance the firm’s reputation in St. Louis and other markets
- Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the firm’s mission
- Maintain a database of medical provider contacts and community partners
- Provide regular reports on outreach efforts and relationship-building activities
- Manage marketing materials and coordinate their distribution to partners
- Assist with event planning and execution for firm-sponsored community initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in business development, healthcare liaison roles, legal marketing, or community relations
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis culture and traditions is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong public speaking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and travel within St. Louis and to other markets as needed
- Willingness to complete training in Kansas City
