  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Technical Designer to join our Notte department. In this role, you will play a key part in garment development, ensuring fit, function, and high-quality standards from initial design to production.

Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive tech packs for each stage of garment development (Proto, SMS, PPS, TOP).
  • Evaluate garment fit and construction to align with brand aesthetics and target customer standards.
  • Participate in fittings to assess and refine garment specifications.
  • Communicate with overseas agents, vendors, and factories regarding tech pack details, sample corrections, and pre-production patterns.
  • Develop initial sample specifications based on original samples and/or design sketches.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to translate creative concepts into technical specifications.
  • Finalize pre-production sample specifications for bulk cutting and grading patterns.
  • Track and manage collection progress from development through production, ensuring timelines are met and addressing any issues proactively.
Requirements:
  • Passion for the high-end dress industry.
  • Strong knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, fabrics, and technical details, especially for soft woven dress categories.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and computer-aided patternmaking (experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Knowledge of additional languages for effective communication with overseas partners.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and technologies.
