Compliance Analyst

We have an immediate need for a Compliance Analyst to join a casino/hospitality company for a 6-month contract that s remote capable. The Compliance Analyst will support the compliance team by reviewing, analyzing, and verifying data for accuracy to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with data access policies.

Location: Remote (Pacific Time business hours)

This job expects to pay about $30-36/hr per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do:


  • Review and validate compliance-related data in Excel for accuracy and consistency.
  • Compare vendor-provided data against internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Analyze and refine data without building or extracting new datasets.
  • Investigate and escalate data access issues as needed.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of compliance reviews and resolutions.
  • Support compliance initiatives by following established protocols and best practices.

What Gets You The Job:


  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data review and manipulation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and follow structured compliance processes.
  • Experience handling sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
  • No additional technical system experience required.
