  • Assist in project management tasks, including tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end users on new systems, processes, or tools.

  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can benefit the business.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and business intelligence software.

  • Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Familiarity with the business landscape and industries in Los Angeles is a plus.
