We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Rental who is on a mission to establish and sustain partnerships with our rental car company clients based on customer service, value, and ROI. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage the relationship with UVeye’s rental car company partnerships at airport locations. These partnerships are created and sustained by securing long-lasting professional relationships based on exceptional service and delivering the power of the UVeye platform and systems.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:



  • Building strong customer relationships based on your ability to earn their trust and deliver - creating UVeye champions.
  • Hire, train, and manage the UVeye staffing for rental customer locations.
  • Train and educate customers to effectively utilize UVeye and integrate the system into their current processes.
  • Successfully and consistently deliver ROI and value for our customers, consulting their business while leveraging UVeye.
  • Proactively identifying business goals, pain points, and opportunities where UVeye can deliver even greater value for our clients.
  • Analyzing key account statistics, engagement, and performance metrics and leveraging these to educate clients and UVeye team members to drive performance.
  • Simultaneously and successfully managing multiple client relationships.
  • Identifying and managing opportunities to organically grow client portfolios, by delivering additional solutions and tools based on business needs.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Manager, or similar role – preferably in a SaaS.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple strategic accounts and projects.
  • Positive attitude and remarkable ability to build rapport from initial conversation and throughout the client lifecycle. Passionate about customers.R
  • Hunger to work in a hyper-fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail.
  • Commercial savvy.
  • Technical attitude, including general knowledge of software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • A general understanding of the automotive or rental car space is an advantage!
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
