We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance. Additionally, the candidate must have proven experience in managing HR functions for a large workforce of 2,000+ employees. This role will be crucial in shaping our HR strategies and ensuring a productive and legally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to deliver effective HR services across the organization.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.

Labor Law And Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure the organizations policies reflect these changes.
  • Handle labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

Talent Acquisition And Retention

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
  • Develop and maintain employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and provide conflict resolution support.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity..

Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees to reach their full potential.
  • Ensure performance management processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with company goals.

Training And Development

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Compensation And Benefits

Workforce Management

  • Manage HR functions for a large workforce of 2,000+ employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
