Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team to deliver effective HR services across the organization.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure the organizations policies reflect these changes.
- Handle labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the manufacturing sector.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.

- Address employee concerns and provide conflict resolution support.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity..
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees to reach their full potential.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance.
