StandardAero is looking for an Aerospace Government Program Supply Chain Ops Manager for our San Antonio, TX Facility
The Aerospace Government Program Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of buyers that plan and requisition Jet Engine parts for various government programs. The manager will serve as the primary liaison with government entities such as the USAF, DLA, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring the effective flow of parts and materials to meet program requirements. This role will also involve internal coordination with operations, engineering, supply chain, and program offices to resolve supply chain constraints and ensure that engine output goals and turnaround time (TAT) targets are achieved.

Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Experience with coordinating and negotiating with jet/turboprop engine OEMs.
- Proficient in government systems such as FEDMALL, CAV, and DO35.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with coordinating and negotiating with jet/turboprop engine OEMs
- Ability to work collaboratively with government and internal teams to solve complex supply chain issues.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Prior leadership experience in aerospace or defense supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience in the management of aerospace parts, particularly in the context of jet engine parts and repairs.
- Experience with ORACLE software
