Oracle HCM HRIS Manager
Remote role (TX, GA, TN, CO)
This key leader will be responsible for guiding the HRIS team in the overall system maintenance and administration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment, including coordination of system patch upgrades and process enhancements, and streamlining activities to generate a positive outcome for the business. They will ensure proper governance is followed for HR and Talent teams through each quarterly patch upgrade, security permissions are accurate, profiles are maintained, and end-user/administrator support and training are provided.
Responsibilities:
* Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by end-users via research, issue replication, and through end-to-end testing.
* Responsible for issues that require escalation to support (Managed Services/Oracle). Will act as the coordinator/primary point of contact for department through the resolution process. Maintain fiscal budgets.
* Responsible for HCM reporting and analytics as needed by the business.
* Duties also consist of acting as a System Administrator and providing technical support and assistance to the business, configuring system components, designing scripts for new processes and documenting all system configurations/enhancements.
* Establish and maintain login credentials and security permissions for new and existing employees. Monitor and maintain credential information according to incoming requests, and follow prescribed protocol based on guidelines and request types (additions, changes, terminations, etc.).
* Update and advise the business on functionality changes/enhancements of future version releases, to build and maintain a continuous "HCM roadmap" of fixes and/or enhancements.
* Responsible for creation and delivery of end-user and administrator support and training for Oracle HCM.
* Capable of acting as the backup in the absence of HRIS team members.
Direct Reports
Directly manage 1-3 direct reports and 1-8 senior level HCM consultants.
Experience
* 3+ years HRIS Manager experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
* 7+ years HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
* Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus.

* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
* Strong understanding of SDLC using the waterfall model.
* Basic understanding of SQL is preferred.
* Project management experience is preferre
