  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring a Telephony Services Manager on a 12-month contract to oversee and manage the Cisco WebEx Calling (Direct Instance) platform at our client.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Cisco voice platforms, particularly Cisco WebEx Calling.

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects related to telecommunications or VoIP systems.

  • Solid understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, SIP, PBX systems, and cloud-based telephony solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with business units.

  • Strong experience in reporting, KPIs, and using data to drive decision-making.


Logistics:

  • $67/hr

  • 100% remote

  • 8-month contract (right to hire after)

  • W2 contractor, health benefits and 401k offered
