We are currently identifying top candidates for a full-time Chief Operating Officer position to lead the organization's day-to-day performance. The ideal candidate will be based in South Florida or Southern California. Position: Chief Operating Officer

COO Location: South Florida or Southern California

COO Duties

Lead and oversee daily operations across the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments, including clinical services, revenue cycle management, compliance, business development, and overall operations.

Develop, implement, and execute operational strategies that align with the company's goals and growth objectives.

Manage and optimize both company-owned clinics and partnerships with other healthcare centers to achieve financial and clinical excellence.

Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to shape and drive the company's strategic direction and long-term vision.

Ensure that all operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly as they pertain to a multi-state healthcare environment.

Oversee revenue cycle processes to ensure timely billing, collections, and financial health.

Provide leadership in developing a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all functional areas.

COO Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.

Extensive experience in a senior operational leadership role within a high-growth, multi-state healthcare organization.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a track record of optimizing operations to achieve growth and improve financial performance.

Deep understanding of the clinical, financial, and compliance aspects of healthcare management.

Proven experience in managing multi-state operations, including compliance with varying state healthcare regulations.

Demonstrated success in business development and partnership management, ideally with experience overseeing direct clinical operations and collaborative partnerships.

Experience working with private equity-backed companies and familiarity with the expectations and requirements of private equity stakeholders.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across different departments and locations.

Proven track record of successful leadership in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, and clinical service delivery.

COO Compensation

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($225k+++)
