About The Role
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing a strong dealer network, driving sales, and providing expert product knowledge. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently while executing strategic sales plans
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage dealer relationships within Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, North Dakota, and South Dakota
Implement a consultative sales process, identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions
Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to maximize sales performance
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, track opportunities, and manage pipelines
Continuously update and execute a business plan, adjusting strategies based on market trends and performance data
Provide product demonstrations and ensure customers understand the value of our solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven success in equipment sales through a dealer network
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage business owners and executives
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel frequently (approx. three nights per week, three out of every four weeks)
Comfortable operating and demonstrating commercial equipment (training provided)
