Key Responsibilities:Executive Leadership Team Support:Act as a liaison between the CEO and other leadership team members, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and follow-through on critical decisions and priorities.Manage the cadence of leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, ensuring follow-through on action items, and tracking key deliverables.Manage the schedules, travel, and priorities of the ELT, ensuring time is effectively allocated to strategic efforts.Coordinate the preparation of high-quality materials for internal and external meetings, including reports, presentations, and communications.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all levels of the organization. Support leadership in talent development, organizational change, and team alignment.Represent the CEO and company in meetings with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies, when necessary.Strategic Planning & Execution:Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement the organization’s strategic initiatives. Ensure the timely and efficient execution of key projects and goals.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are being met. Prepare regular reports and updates for the CEO and board of directors.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across departments. Develop and refine processes that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.Conduct research, compile data, and provide recommendations on business opportunities or challenges.Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery on time and within budget.
