1. What's the major objective(s) of the role? Specifically, what does this person need to do to be considered a success? What will they be working on?
Develop complex data extracts, applications, and ad-hoc queries as requested by internal and external customers using SQL, SSIS, Informatica, and .NET technologies. Requests include custom flat files, EDI, user applications, and a significant focus on healthcare encounters and HIPAA X12 transactions: 277, 835, 837, 997, 999, TA1.

1. Experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and highly desirable - Informatica, C#, and XML.
2. Managed file transfer automation experience: FTP, SFTP, PGP.
3. Expert knowledge of relational database applications and data query protocols (SQL Server, Structured Query Language).

Education Requirements
BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

4 years as a Developer, Data Analyst, or equivalent implementing technical solutions (extracts, middleware, stored procedures, EDI, ETL packages).

Experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), C#, XML, and Informatica.

Managed file transfer automation experience: FTP, SFTP, PGP.

Expert knowledge of relational database applications and data query protocols (MS Access, SQL Server, Structured Query Language, SQL Reporting Services).
