  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary

This position will work on a Web-based Power Apps platform-based application that is used by internal agency staff and external partners that do intake of information from over 1500 users that is then processed as part of detailed analysis agency-wide. This position will perform the duties of a Business Analyst that include collaboration with the delivery teams and application users to gather requirements, perform detailed analysis of requirements to develop requirements and design for required system modifications, complete business requirement documents, user stories, and business area collaboration and/or coordination. Will also work with technical teams to coordinate demos, UAT, code releases, project/product management level planning, and user communication, as necessary. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase.

Minimum skills and experience (8+ years):

  • Business Analyst Experience
  • SQL Experience
  • System Reporting (Oracle, SQL)
  • Systems Testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
  • Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
  • Project and/or Product Management Experience
  • Experience with Jira
