Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system analysts to develop high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Implement no-code solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
- Assess Salesforce architecture to provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Work on all technical aspects, including Classic to Lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, third-party applications, and custom development.
- Implement authentication protocols like OAuth and integrate third-party applications.
- Utilize core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) development processes, ensuring deliverables align with the definition of done.
- Support applications in multiple environments, including coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience (8+ Years)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in Salesforce integrations and authentication protocols like OAuth.
- Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including system integrations and data migration.
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and change control.
Preferred Skills & Experience (1+ Year)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Flosum, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
