Hands-on Management
80% of time spent on the floor with their team
Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues.
Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance.
Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds
Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings.
Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns
Keep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance team
Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant location
Collaborate with outside contractors, and vendors.
Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.
