About The Position
Our beloved GM is moving onto a new chapter and we are looking to help fill her shoes. Broadly speaking the role of this position is to assist ownership with managing the day to day operations as well as establishing new avenues for growth. This position directly oversees a staff of 35-50 people. As the title suggests, qualified candidates will be expected to generally manage all aspects of operations, including but not limited to the following:

This position directly oversees a staff of 35-50 people. As the title suggests, qualified candidates will be expected to generally manage all aspects of operations, including but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu creation and administration
- Oversee management of cocktail and beverage program, including inventory and ordering
- Oversee HR needs including onboarding
- FOH staff scheduling
- Oversee event operations and finances
- Collaborate with ownership on budget creation and management
- Assist with administration of existing processes

Technical Stuff
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience managing a high volume bar, restaurant, and/or event venue
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and other accounting tools
- Familiarity with G-suite business Apps: Drive, Calendar, etc
- Experience with Micros POS
- MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint or equivalent
- Administration of reservation system (Opentable, SeatMe, etc)
- Inventory management tools, especially Barkeep
- Proficiency working with and managing to a P&L
- Marketing and brand management
- Experience with private event sales and administration
- Adobe CS (esp. Indesign)
- Copper CRM
- Facebook marketing/advertising tools
- Design and web development
