Reporting to the Director of Sales, we are seeking someone who can:Be responsible for a book of business by prospecting new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities Manage the sales cycle for both inbound and self-generated leads through qualification, product demonstrations, proposals and closingUse insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about the industry and offer unique perspectives on their business pain pointsAttend tradeshows and conferencesDocument all sales activities in company CRM (SFDC)Prepare and engage in business development team status meetingsEngage in industry educational meetings and product development updatesMeet sales quotas and productivity metrics as set by leadershipFocus on value-based selling to prospective clientsKnow and demonstrate knowledge, at an in-depth level, of the ThinkWhy products, methodology and industryUnderstand each client’s organization and structureKnow the client’s business and how they benefit by using our platformUnderstand ThinkWhy’s competitive products, including strengths and weaknessesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSYou have a proven track record with sales achievement in SaaS salesYou are excellent at understanding and communicating analytics and dataYou are experienced with Salesforce.com or similar CRM technologyYou have experience with sales engagement tools (High Velocity Sales, ZoomInfo) to build your book of business
