The mission of the Global Industry and Solution team is to accelerate customer value and increase adoption by delivering innovative, repeatable, and enterprise ready solutions focused on business value.
As the Solutions Project Manager, you will support and drive all phases of Global Solution go-to-market processes. The team will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of solution projects. You will also be coordinating with and leading cross-functional teams (e.g., solution managers, solution architects, content team, occasionally Product Managers and ISV teams), to drive progress according to project plans and achieve key project milestones.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Program Management certification or experience in Program Management with a technology company.
- Experience managing project plans and working with a diverse set of senior stakeholders on requirements, roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
- Experience with Cloud technologies or the Google Cloud Platform.
- Ability to define projects and execute within timelines with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities
- Develop solution project plans to drive the team to key dates across the development projects.
- Ensure quality assets for each solution and acquire stakeholder sign-off for all assets.
- Post content to the core platforms for internal field consumption.
- Lead continuous process improvement within the solution team for solution lifecycle management.
- Ensure all solutions have deployment tracking mechanisms in place.
