Clear Title Group is seeking a Receptionist for our Miami Beach office.
The Receptionist is responsible for:
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Answering multiple phone lines and directing callers to appropriate personnel
- Ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with document uploading
- Receive, sort and route mail to appropriate personnel
- Greets clients and supports other admin members/agents with admin tasks
- Prepare GSO, UPS and Messenger packages
- Display a positive and professional image at all times while greeting visitors, messengers, and staff
- Ability to clearly page team members with an upbeat tone utilizing our intercom phone system
- Update and maintain our check in/out board
- Keep reception area neat and clean at all times
- Maintain parking validations, entry fobs, and visitor badge/log book
- Make copies, print documents and provide administrative support as needed
- Additional administrative and office duties as needed Basic Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ years of prior reception experience required
- Strong customer service and creative problem-solving experience
- General computer knowledge and experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Prior Real Estate, Title Insurance or Mortgage knowledge preferred
