We are seeking a talented Senior Strategist to help develop and coordinate best-in-class social brand ambassador experiences and engagement. Join us for this 6-month temporary role with possibility of extending to a longer engagement.

About The Role

Like you, this job is multidimensional. And every aspect is crucial to creating culturally relevant work.

  • Design and implement high-impact ambassador programs that amplify brand presence and drive consumer engagement. Drive end-to-end strategic development, including ideation, planning, and execution, to deliver immersive and memorable experiences.
  • Own and define 25+ social challenges (“bounties”) per week for client brand ambassador program.
  • Lead weekly brainstorming sessions with creative team to generate fresh engagement ideas.
  • Deliver structured bounty lists to stakeholders for approval and refine based on feedback.
  • Track and manage 100+ bounties per month, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Work closely with creative, tech ops, and media teams to ensure ambassador recruitment stays on track.
  • Collaborate with the data team to analyze performance and optimize future bounties.
  • Stay on top of client’s latest product launches and ensure bounties align with brand goals.
  • Monitor social trends and audience behavior to keep engagement strategies relevant

About The Requirements

You’ve got to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or community engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage large-scale projects efficiently.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing engagement and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Deep understanding of social engagement tactics, platform behaviors, and content trends.
  • Comfortable working across teams to align creative, strategy, data and execution.
  • Curious, creative, and solution-focused.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
  • Able to work in a hybrid office environment at the Plano, Texas location.
