Analyze and interpret project outlines to set a clear path regarding timelines, budgetary measures, procedural steps, staffing prerequisites, and resource distribution.
Guard the financial parameters of contracts (e.g., payments, equipment leasing, financial inflow/outflow) ensuring the company's welfare and cultivating harmonious client relationships.
Financial stewardship in mapping out, anticipating, registering, and balancing expenses spanning payroll, overheads, materials, and equipment.
Direct and synchronize all purchasing endeavors related to the project.
Broker and finalize agreements for project purchase orders and sub-contracts.
Project Leadership
Build and nurture relationships with a network of clients to anchor future projects.
Craft detailed project narratives for stakeholders, be it internal teams, clients, or other interested parties.
Chisel out precise project timelines to ensure the project stays on course and staff is utilized optimally.
Design and implement MOPOs.
Scrutinize daily updates and adjust project trajectories as needed.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping spanning project submissions, RFIs, and associated documents.
Work in tandem with the construction Superintendent, aiding in daily operational tasks.
Skill Set
5 years of proven Electrical Project Management with a focus on industrial water and wastewater recycling facilities or power plants.
Experience in manufacturing or food processing is a plus.
Mastery over Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
Ability to compose clear and effective communications.
Exemplary interpersonal and communication prowess, coupled with leadership skills for a diverse team.
A penchant for innovative management strategies to elicit the best from the team.
A solid grasp of industry benchmarks, protocols, and standards; along with their implications on diverse projects.
Proficiency in construction engineering norms, codes, and practices.
