Job Description
The Key Accounts Sales Rep is primarily focused on key account growth and management. Responsible for collaborating on strategies, inventory planning, marketing and activations to drive growth in Key domestic and international accounts to achieve sales targets and secure best in class initiatives. Additionally, responsible for the day-to-day management of external sales activities and operations. The Key Accounts Sales Rep is responsible for the implementation of company sales and marketing programs to meet or exceed established sales goals. The position manages the external sales force and distributors throughout the Americas.
Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus potential
Primary Job Responsibilities
Proactively manages key account relationships both growing existing relationships and opening new doors; strategically partner with accounts and distributors to drive revenue.
Key point of contact for external partners to enhance relationships, streamline communication initiative and connect cross-functional teams for a holistic business view
Partner with senior management to drive company’s strategic initiatives as well as establishing and achieving sales, margin and inventory goals.
Provide recommendations to management to improve sales, grow customer base and develop initiatives to increase sales performance.
Provide weekly/monthly business insights and commentary.
Work closely with design and merchandising team to align on product range, pricing, and delivery as well product assortment.
Work closely with marketing to establish successful channel and partner programs, positioning the brand properly from a point-of-sale perspective.
Manage monthly sales performance by account (including sales booked and shipped) to ensure goals are being met and provide competitive market analysis by category
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals for sales strategies
Define sales processes and identify improvements when required
Define and coordinate sales training programs, samples and the showroom.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Partner with internal sales operations team to ensure timely deliveries, communicating all delays and cancellations accordingly
