Project Details:
Role:Sr. Systems/Systems Engineer
Location:Fort Worth, Texas, Washington, D.C. Landover, MD
Duration:6+ months/longterm
Type:Contract
Maintain a current Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.
Have at least five (5) years of experience working with the Microsoft computing environment.
Be familiar with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, and DNS.
Be capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues.
Perform basic messaging system administration (e-mail).
Be familiar with PC and server hardware, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system.
Perform hardware and software system administration functions, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes.
Be responsible for backup and recovery functions.
Designate personnel to fill each shift during a 24x7x365 work week at WCF and DCF locations.
Lead the systems engineering team in providing support as described in the document.
