Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and productivity
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project delivery
• Work with BA team to conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the development team
• Work with Development team to oversee the design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback and implementing changes to enhance project processes and outcomes
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope

Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager with focus in Salesforce implementation &/or enhancement projects
• Strong experience in large enterprise application environments with complex, dynamic teams
• Strong background in agile development methodologies, experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing program priorities simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong subject matter expertise in Salesforce, with relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, etc.) preferred
