NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a SharePoint Front-end Developer/trainer,QA Analyst to join our team of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and web developers. This staffer will assist in testing web applications for SharePoint solutionsM365 integrations to ensure functionality, usability, and web accessibility. They ll also assist in basic troubleshooting for end-users. They ll create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects while collaborating with developers to validate fixes. Additionally, they ll assist in analyzing business requirements to refine testing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs. Responsibilities include documenting test plans, tracking issues, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing feedback to improve system functionality. You will also help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation (especially in dashboards and their connected systems) to support end users. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of web technologies are essential. This role is needed in the web systems team due to the increase in work efforts from the NCDOT/NCDMV customer who demands fast turnarounds and high-quality/low-error functionality.
