Role: AWS Serverless Developer

Locations: Boston, MA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from Nearby states only.

Position Overview:

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Serverless Developer who is proficient in AWS serverless architecture.
• In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain serverless applications, enabling us to scale efficiently while reducing operational overhead.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience in building and deploying serverless applications using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, AWS Step Functions, and other AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes for serverless applications.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing serverless applications on AWS.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js).
• Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, AWS CDK, and CloudFormation.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, CloudForge, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile team environment.
