Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications, ensuring high performance and security.
- Lead project phases, from discovery to implementation, including requirements gathering and design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization for software development and process improvements.
- Guide and mentor team members to maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Manage application infrastructure, including databases, servers, and integrations.
- Innovate by researching and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in software development; healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Web & Application Development: ASP.NET, MVC, HTML/CSS, JQuery, Web Services (REST), Bootstrap.
- Database Management: SQL Server, Oracle.
- Version Control: Git or Team Foundation Server.
- Mobile Development: Xamarin, Native Android, iOS preferred.
- Sitecore & Coveo Search Engine experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
