  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hybrid Position, 3 days Onsite per week

Oracle EBS Manufacturing Support Specialist to provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modules such as Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory, and Cost Management.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle WIP, BOM, Inventory, and Costing modules.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and ensure system functionality meets business needs.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Support data integrity, audits, and compliance efforts.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and new features.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with upgrades and patches.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualities

  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in system configuration and user support.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
