  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: JIRA developer

Location: Detroit, MI

We are seeking technical, self-motivated JIRA Specialist who can help design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Candidate should have good working knowledge of JIRA.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the SME for Atlassian tools, build, customize, and support the Atlassian JIRA workflow capability as well as strategic planning initiatives with Atlassian tools to meet Ford's need and mission
  • Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
  • Build Customized dashboards for JIRA
  • Timely and cost-effective implementation

Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, JSM, JWM and Confluence both from configuration standpoint and customization aspect
  • 3+ years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML, JSON)
  • Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages
  • Familiar with Configuration Management and CI Tools, such as, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven etc
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile software development
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in defining strategy, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with different working streams and engineers
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt the communication style for the audience

Other Requirements

  • Proficient in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple concurrent projects
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the use of debuggers
  • Assess the risks, and implements mitigation and contingency pla
