Support the development of both existing and new customers by collaborating closely with Sales Representatives. Coordinate the routing of bookings with agents and confirm bookings within the same day. Track and provide customer reports on shipment progress. Compare costs and selling rates to ensure bookings are made with maximum profit. Possess knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology. Manage truck costs, services, and designate truckers for door moves. Provide selling rates within 24 hours to the Operations team to facilitate customer invoicing. Review and approve or dispute vendor invoices. Send approved invoices to the Operations team for payment. Address and resolve discrepancies with vendors to correct errors in invoices. Monitor profit and loss for each file, ensuring all costs are entered into the system. Provide explanations for any losses and suggestions on how to correct them moving forward when appropriate. May perform other duties as needed. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (Full-Time Office Schedule) **Major Challenges:** Fast-paced work environment. Ability to swiftly change from one task to another. **Competencies:** Knowledge of import processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, scheduling, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel due to significant computer work. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Solid decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks. Knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology. Ability to proactively make decisions and solve problems as they arise.
