Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute bid and budget management, creative testing, audience targeting, and optimizations to maximize campaign performance.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication, including planning, execution, and updates.
  • Participate in weekly client calls for campaign reviews and strategy alignment.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations by collaborating with the strategist and internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration and Training:
  • Oversee and support Account Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely task delivery.
  • Train team members on industry developments, tools, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive team environment that delivers results.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Use reporting, analytics, and trend tools for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Track and report on campaign data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance client success and campaign efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in building and managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Reddit.
  • Hands-on experience with day-to-day account maintenance, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets (e.g., $1 million monthly spend across clients).
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate strategies and results effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, high energy, and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with experience in tools like Asana.
