Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Workday engagements and projects across various modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies for net new, Phase X and AMS.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement strategies that enhance their Workday environment.
• Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of Workday solutions among client teams.
• Maintain active engagement with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide continued support post-implementation.
• Monitor project progress and deliver results within established timelines and budget constraints, communicating updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, scoping, and preparing for client workshops.
• Maintain a minimum target of twenty billable hours per week on average each quarter, demonstrating a self-driven approach to scheduling and client management.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, including staying current with Workday updates and industry best practices.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Active Workday Certification(s) within ANY of the following areas, including but not limited to: HCM, Financials, Payroll (all countries), Adaptive, Strategic Sourcing, Prism, Peakon, etc.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a certified Workday Consultant, with active certifications reflecting your expertise.
• Experience specifically related to Phase X, AMS, or net new implementations for one or more Workday modules is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional services to clients while maintaining a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and outstanding service.
