Title: SAP Finance and Procurement IT Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX (2 days on-site/week)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive

Description:

  • Analyze complex business needs and provide recommendations to improve Finance IT systems, including custom designs and third-party products.
  • Gather requirements, create detailed functional specifications, and design solutions to meet business needs.
  • Review and manage application security controls, including user profiles and access permissions.
  • Develop and execute test plans (unit testing, functional testing, and integration testing) to ensure system performance.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery using SDLC methodology.
  • Collaborate with users and development teams to design, build, test, and implement system modifications.
  • Address and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner to maintain application support.
  • Assist with user training and adoption of new application solutions.
  • Complete required change management and SOX documentation.
  • Review system designs and recommend improvements to optimize processes.
  • Advise business partners on technology changes that can enhance business processes.
  • Set standards and best practices for reviewing and aligning requirements with system architecture.
  • Lead process analysis and re-engineering to ensure solutions meet both current and future business needs.
  • Lead project teams to ensure alignment with SDLC principles, strategy, and architecture.
  • Assess new solutions impact on current business processes and manage necessary changes.
  • Design flexible, sustainable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Provide leadership to business partners in solving challenges and improving the user experience.
  • Guide business case development and measure the value of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with IT leaders to balance workload and manage priorities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a proven track record in driving IT solutions for Finance.
  • Ability to balance customer focus with long-term strategic plans for the application area.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP ECC experience in designing, configuring, and supporting FICO and MM-PU modules.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience in designing, configuring, and supporting FICO and MM-PU modules.

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM forecasting.
  • Knowledge of Blackline Studio360 and/or previous CONA experience.
  • Understanding of the procurement process.
  • Previous experience in the beverage industry.
