Role Title: Technical Support/Analyst
Location: Washington, D.C. (locals or nearby WA)
On-site %: 20%
Education: Bachelor's OR 4+ years of relevant work experience
Clearance: Public Trust - Full Clearance
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools
- 3-5 years of experience in Unix
- 3-5 years of experience in Splunk
- 3-5 years of experience in Issue Management
- 3-5 years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
Role Description:
Must be able to go through the USPS security clearance process
Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant work experience needed
Must be able to work flexibly - nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Technical analyst on the Enterprise Monitoring Team to support continuous OS patching
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
