QA Manager
Estimated Duration: 12 months
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
Experience in IT (7+ years);
Experience in process engineering (4+ years);
Experience in project management (2+ years);
Experience with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or specialized business process modeling tools;
(e.g., Business Process Model and Notation [BPMN] software like Bizagi or
Architecture of Integrated Information Systems [ARIS]);
Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen;
Certification in Process Improvement Methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Preferred:
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB);
Experience with Waterfall Methodology;
Bachelor s or Master s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field;
Responsibilities:
Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and processes into the design and development of software and IT processes;
Oversee the User Acceptance Testing processes for the Project Management Office and its defined programs;
Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed;
Ensure that products, applications, and systems comply with established quality standards and meet customer requirements;
Analyze best-in-class processes and establish customer satisfaction metrics;
Understand the interaction and relationship of business operations, operating systems, and network processes;
Champion the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs, and team-building activities.
