  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We have a contract to hire for an IVR Tester with Cyara, and Spanish Speaking.

The position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities of this the role:
  • Strong Testing Skills
  • Experience with AWS Connect
  • Experience understanding IVR Requirements/Data Mapping and estimating work effort
  • Experience identifying the IVR conditions for requesting test data
  • Experience with test data submission requests, preparing and smoke testing data
  • Experience validating test data using postman/Soap UI
  • Experience with identifying test cases from requirements
  • Experience with Test Strategy and planning, defining test scenarios and test cases, developing, and maintaining test scripts, analyzing bugs
  • Experience in executing the test cases and raising the defects using the Defect Tracking Tool JIRA, Documenting in confluence & Q test/Quality Center
