  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We have a 6 month contract to hire for an AWS Connect Developer. The position is 100% remote.

For this role, the candidate can have experience with Python as it translates easy to JavaScript for Nodejs. The candidate will need to have a good background with AWS, Connect, building CI/CD pipelines, Lambdas, Amazon API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Eventbridge.


Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
  • The developer needs to be an experienced AWS Connect developer
  • The candidate should have experience building contact flows (both call and chat) in AWS Connect.
  • The developer's primary responsibilities are to analyze, design, implement and test customized software applications.
  • The developer will have a strong knowledge of software development and design and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications for contact centers.
Required Skills/Experience: Preferred Skills/ Experience:
1. Amazon Connect development experience 1. Familiarity with AWS, certifications are a plus
2. Familiarity with and enthusiasm for DevOps, CI/CD, and SRE best practices, as well as iterative Agile-flavored workflows 2. Works well with multiple teams
3. Responsible for consistent release management and good change management practices.

Participate in Agile planning meetings and daily SCRUM meetings to provide software solutions for our platform services for Content Services and CHP Platform services.

Review and perform troubleshooting analysis of the core application logs.
 3. Experience in self-service callflows and complex systems/database integrations
Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent 5+ yrs Experience Education Preferred:
Software Skills Required: Amazon Connect, DyanmoDB, Lex, Lambda, communication skills
